Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and procurement to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, contracts, and quality standards. Communicate progress, risks, and changes with owners, architects, engineers, and stakeholders. Resolve onsite issues, lead project meetings, and maintain accurate project documentation and reporting Profile 5+ years of running commercial or multifamily construction projects Familiarity with preconstruction concepts (will collaborate with precon team) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to be the main point of contact for key client accounts Track record of delivering projects successfully Passion for construction Construction related degree a plus!
